We are open for business and we want to assist.

Today begins the first full week of the 21-day lockdown in SA to curb the spread of the Coronavirus. While no one can predict what will happen in the difficult weeks that lie ahead. Classic Namibian Delicatessen falls under the ambit of a business to maintain food security of the country. As an online butcher, we will, therefore, continue operation and will be open during the lockdown

Our team are ready to serve our individual customers and wholesale clients while doing everything we can to keep our staff and customers safe. Therefore we have taken the necessary steps to ensure that our essential service will be able to function with a limited staff to ensure we keep all safety measures in place.

Deliveries and collection points during the lockdown.

Customers who live within a close radius to our locations can continue to place their online meat orders with us on the web or via Whatsapp. We deliver fresh meat to your home. However, customers must collect bulk orders from our butchery in Stikland, unless other arrangements where made.

Our depot in Somerset West has now been closed. However, we still deliver for free in Somerset West. Give us a call or place your order online and we will get it ready for you. Furthermore, you can also WhatsApp Henry or Jaco direct for alternative arrangements.

Lockdown Safety Measures.

There is no doubt that the strong public health measures adopted by the Government against the spread of the COVID-19 are urgently necessary. As a result, Classic Namibian Delicatessen strongly supports these measures. Therefore, we ask our customers coming to collect their orders, to keep a distance of at least one square meter from each other. And that all directions in respect of hygienic conditions and the exposure of persons to COVID-19 are adhered to.

It’s up to all of us to collectively do everything in our power to slow the spread of the virus.
