Some important things to note:

Delivery Area covered

We only deliver to the main Metropolitan areas within a 60km radius from our location in Bellville Cape Town as far out as Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Somerset-West and Paarl.  Type in your Zip / Postal Code to see if we deliver in your area and the cost of delivery. If there is no delivery cost, then we do not deliver to your area and your order must be collected. Online meat shop deliveries must be a minimum value of R300 and deliveries will be charged a p/km flat rate. A surcharge and handling fee apply with the delivery of our wood.  FREE SHIPPING / DELIVERY for orders of R1500 or more that are within 20km of our location. Alternatively, orders can be collected by yourself via local pick-up at our butchery in Bellville. For bulk orders elsewhere contact us via Whatsapp or email us directly. Online orders and deliveries will not be processed or shipped without payment confirmation. 

Time Frame and Order Processing

We use our own delivery vehicles to deliver our stock. Please allow 2 – 3 days for processing orders to be delivered from our online meat shop.  For example, for delivery by Friday, orders should be placed on a Wednesday afternoon by 5 pm latest. Also, since we are working with fresh meat products, ensure there is someone to receive the delivery. Also, ensure you have an area to keep the products in a refrigerator at the time of receiving your delivery. Keep your fresh meat products in a refrigerator at all times to ensure it stays fresh.

Orders via WhatsApp

You can WhatsApp your orders directly to us. Select the product on sale and click on the Whatsapp icon/link on the page to open the WhatsApp message chat. Select the quantity, for example, how many grams/kg you require. Add anything else we need to know. For instance, extra fat or deboned or skinned. Likewise, if you want to have it delivered to your home address or work. Remember to include your delivery address details and the contact number of the person receiving the order.
