Get A2 Grade Beef Hindquarter (Packaged and cut in 1 kg packs.)
This Beef Hindquarter includes Rump Steak, T-Bone Steak or Club Steak and Fillet packed separately. Also includes Boerewors, 80/20 Mince, Stroganoff, Minute Steaks, 15mm cut Shin. All bones are cut into pieces. Excess fat and bones are packed separately. The overall weight is estimated between 65 – 70 kg. Therefore, the final weight may vary once the meat gets cut. If the weight varies substantially, we will make it up with additional cuts of meat where possible.
Furthermore, let us know how you require your cuts of meat with your order. For example, if you have a special request for packaging purposes or want a specific thickness for each steak. Or in addition, want stew meat to be ground into extra ground beef packages or want the bottom and top round or cubed? Or perhaps you choose to forgo the rib steaks and prefer a standing rib roast. If there are any cuts you are unsure of or don’t know how to use, you can always ask that they be just ground into extra ground beef.
