All orders placed on our website online meat shop and butchery must be paid for through our secure payment gateway before delivery. Please note that we do not accept any cash payments from our sales representatives or delivery persons. It is best to transfer the payment directly to our business account and send us a confirmation via email. This ensures that your payments are being transferred securely to our account.

Please keep in mind that we only deliver orders to the value of R500 or more within the Western Cape region. Orders under R500 must be picked up at our local Deli. If you are located out of the Western Cape region, you will have to pick up your order from our butchery located in Bellville. Deliveries within the Western Cape region will be charged a flat rate based on your postal code. If your postal code is not in our system it means we do not deliver to that area.  Please allow 2-3 days for the order to be processed and the delivery to be completed. If you place any orders with Uber Eats, please note that the delivery schedule and rates will be subject to their terms and conditions. Any queries need then to be processed through the Uber Eats communication channels.
