What is a braai without a delicious juicy steak? Lamb is a firm favourite known for its lovely aroma and unique taste. Boerewors is most likely your safest bet if you are not familiar with braaiing.  It is a great flavourful piece that is juicy and therefore loved by many.  Chicken is always an excellent braai delight and also a great finger food snack.  Add some extra flavour with a side dish like garlic bread to top it off.
