Classic Venison Droëwors
One of life’s simple pleasures. All Classic Namibian Droëwors are air-dried. While the beef variety is mostly derived from the traditional Boerewors Sausage, which has a unique coriander spice. Venison dry sausage is traditionally made with minced venison and aromatics. For example, coriander, black pepper, cloves, nutmeg, brown vinegar and salt. It can be made from a variety of venison meats like Eland, Kudu, Oryx, Springbok and Ostrich. Droëwors is an excellent source of iron.
