A2 Grade Beef Hindquarter
Our A2 Grade Beef Hindquarter is packed in 1 x kilogram packs. The overall weight is estimated to be between 65 to 75 kilograms. Our hindquarter pack comes with a variety of cuts, including Rump Steak, T-Bone Steak or Club Steak, Fillet, Boerewors, 80/20 Mince, Stroganoff, Minute Steaks, and 15mm cut Shin. We pack excess fat and bones separately.
*Note: The final weight may vary once the meat gets cut. If the weight varies substantially, we will make it up with additional cuts of meat where possible.
